How to sell to Iterpec

Net rate
Provide your best rate without embedded commission. Less tax overhead and full margin control for distributors.
VCN payment
Receive via a virtual card issued per booking. Valid from D-1 to D+7. BRL cards use Elo; international cards use Mastercard.
HCN reconfirmation
Reply to the reconfirmation email with your PMS internal booking number. Guarantees the right locator for the guest.

Cards belong to Iterpec
Cards are issued by Iterpec with strict security controls. BRL: Elo. International: Mastercard.
Card rules
Generated per booking, with the exact amount, authorized only at hotels, valid from D-1 to D+7.
No customer data
Only booking data (hotel, room, period, amount). No personal traveler data is shared.
Real-time monitoring

HCN reconfirmation flow
The process that prevents friction at guest check-in.
Hotel properties must not contact Iterpec during guest check-in. Use the official channels listed below.

Booking created
Iterpec system generates the booking in the distribution channel.

Automatic email
Iterpec sends complete booking data to the hotel on the same day.

Hotel confirms
Hotel replies with its internal PMS number (mandatory).

Guest informed
Channel receives the HCN and the traveler arrives with the right locator.
